Its SkyTrain access reduces parking needs, enabling investment in a world-class performance venue. With galleries, theaters, and public spaces, it would seamlessly blend arts, culture, and urban life, fostering a lasting creative and cultural legacy

False Creek’s waterways offer a unique opportunity for a waterfront art gallery, seamlessly blending art with nature. Designed with sustainable materials, it would attract locals and visitors while activating the Seawall. Alongside cafes and retail, it would transform the area into a vibrant cultural and commercial destination.
The Winery in the Okanagan
Integrating a winery into the Okanagan landscape celebrates the region’s natural beauty and viticulture. Thoughtfully designed with local stone, timber, and glass, the architecture harmonizes with rolling vineyards. Outdoor terraces, viewing platforms, and shaded walkways invite visitors to immerse in the surroundings while enjoying panoramic views of the lake and mountains
The Timber Residence
Timber and nature as core design elements seamlessly integrate architecture into the urban fabric, fostering harmony between built and natural environments. With its warmth and sustainability, timber enhances tranquility, while green roofs, vertical gardens, and courtyards soften the cityscape.
