Lit worked closely with Polygon to bring Fiorella to life, ensuring the rigorous execution of drawings and details from design development through to completion. He played a key role in realizing the project's vision with precision and craftsmanship, integrating a mix of modern materials and iron spot brick. Situated on a prominent corner site, the project features a mid-rise building and townhomes that engage the street, with thoughtfully designed spaces for an artist studio and community-oriented areas, fostering a sense of connection and creativity.
